We partner with primary care providers, therapists and specialists to give patients timely psychiatric evaluation and medication management, in person in Council Bluffs or by telehealth across Iowa and Nebraska.
How to refer
Call our office
Call (402) 251-3600, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. We’ll confirm fit and give you our secure fax number for records.
Send records
Please include patient demographics, insurance, reason for referral, current medications, and recent notes or labs.
We reach out
We contact the patient to schedule. With the patient’s consent, we’ll keep you updated on their care.
Please don’t send patient information by regular email. Patients can also contact us directly; no referral is required by our office.
Who we see
- Depression, anxiety, panic and worry
- Bipolar disorder and mood changes
- Stress, burnout and sleep concerns
- Patients who want medication management with a whole-person approach
- Medication questions, including GeneSight® genetic testing
Not for emergencies
We are an outpatient practice. For patients at immediate risk, please direct them to 988, 911, or the nearest emergency department.
